A company is looking for a Biospecimen Logistics Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a strategic plan for supplier relationships related to biospecimen logistics and handling
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to set objectives for development, supply, and continuous improvement
• Manage contract compliance, supplier relationships, and drive issue resolution while ensuring alignment with R&D strategies

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of directly related experience in supply chain, science, engineering, or a related field
• Advanced understanding of technical/operations principles and concepts
• 15+ years of experience in Logistics Supply Chain, Global Clinical Operations, or related fields preferred
• Knowledge of cGXPs, focusing on clinical, lab, and distribution practices
• Experience in team leadership, supplier management, and negotiation
