Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead a 500+ person Absence claims organization, overseeing operational vision, strategy, and execution
- Foster a culture that integrates technology-enabled solutions with a human-centered approach to claims and service
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and enhance operational readiness for new product launches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Absence, Disability, or Group Benefits
- Proven success in leading operational teams and creating a customer-centric claims culture
- Experience in complex, matrixed environments with diverse teams
- Deep understanding of Absence and Leave products and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation using AI and digital tools
