Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Vice President (CVP), Head of Absence Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead a 500+ person Absence claims organization, overseeing operational vision, strategy, and execution
• Foster a culture that integrates technology-enabled solutions with a human-centered approach to claims and service
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and enhance operational readiness for new product launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Absence, Disability, or Group Benefits
• Proven success in leading operational teams and creating a customer-centric claims culture
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments with diverse teams
• Deep understanding of Absence and Leave products and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation using AI and digital tools
