Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Implementation Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares customers for implementation and conducts readiness reviews
- Establishes guidelines and monitors installation phases to ensure successful project completion
- Troubleshoots issues during implementation and documents them for future reference
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in Software/Implementation Coordination, Back-office processing, or Payment operations in a financial institution
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and software implementations is a plus
- Knowledge of technical and system applications related to financial services
