Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Implementation Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares customers for implementation and conducts readiness reviews
• Establishes guidelines and monitors installation phases to ensure successful project completion
• Troubleshoots issues during implementation and documents them for future reference

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in Software/Implementation Coordination, Back-office processing, or Payment operations in a financial institution
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and software implementations is a plus
• Knowledge of technical and system applications related to financial services
