Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to the Coaching & Training leadership team, providing insights for strategy shaping
- Own key financial forecasts and monitor expenses to ensure budget adherence and margin performance
- Design and implement operational initiatives to improve performance and drive strategic prioritization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Operations/Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in financial services, management consulting, or operations strategy
- Familiarity with data visualization programs (Power BI, Tableau) and experience with large data sets
- Experience working with C-suite and executive level leadership
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required
