A company is looking for a Default & Loan Servicing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead oversight of mortgage servicing functions, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met
- Monitor sub-servicer performance and coordinate servicing transfers for accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align servicing practices with regulatory requirements and company goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of mortgage servicing regulations, including CFPB, RESPA, and TILA
- Proven experience managing third-party servicers and overseeing performance metrics
- Strong understanding of loan servicing operations, including default servicing and customer service workflows
- Familiarity with servicing platforms such as MSP, Black Knight, or LoanServ
