A company is looking for an Operations Associate, Credentialing (Payor Projects).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact on Credentialing Operations for new payor launches, including government and Medicaid contracts
• Translate payor requirements into operational workflows and implement creative solutions
• Act as a liaison between Payor Partnerships and Credentialing Operations, ensuring alignment on processes and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in program or project management focused on payor operations
• Strong working knowledge of Medicaid and government payor requirements
• Experience with delegated and non-delegated payor workflows
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong critical thinking and operational judgment
