Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage workforce capacity models to align Stylist capacity with client demand
• Identify and resolve productivity roadblocks through effective capacity planning
• Lead high-impact projects to optimize Stylist efficiency and enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or financial/operational strategy
• Expertise with WFM tools and advanced data skills in SQL and business intelligence tools
• Proven experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior audiences
• Proactive problem-solver with experience in fast-paced, remote environments
