- Identify and resolve productivity roadblocks through effective capacity planning
- Lead high-impact projects to optimize Stylist efficiency and enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or financial/operational strategy
- Expertise with WFM tools and advanced data skills in SQL and business intelligence tools
- Proven experience leading teams or cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior audiences
- Proactive problem-solver with experience in fast-paced, remote environments
