Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of financial service locations and mentor site teams
- Manage financials, vendor performance, and workflow oversight to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Implement process improvements and foster a culture of service excellence and staff development
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Facilities Management experience with a management/technical emphasis and a bachelor's degree, or 12 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CMMS Supervisory
- Ability to manage both technical and administrative staff across multiple facilities
- Experience supervising vendor performance during normal and off hours
