Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee retail branch operations remotely from St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of financial service locations and mentor site teams
  • Manage financials, vendor performance, and workflow oversight to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Implement process improvements and foster a culture of service excellence and staff development
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Facilities Management experience with a management/technical emphasis and a bachelor's degree, or 12 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CMMS Supervisory
  • Ability to manage both technical and administrative staff across multiple facilities
  • Experience supervising vendor performance during normal and off hours
