Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global workforce management strategy aligned with enterprise goals
- Oversee end-to-end workforce management delivery, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budget goals
- Build and lead a high-performing global team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in workforce management within global BPO or contact center operations, with at least 7 years in senior leadership
- Expertise in global forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling
- Proficient in workforce management platforms (e.g., IEX, Verint, Genesys, NICE)
- Proven ability to lead global teams and deliver operational excellence
