Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (MES).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Operations and Infrastructure teams, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements
• Oversee contract delivery and coordinate resources across functional teams
• Develop and implement operational policies and evaluate system functionality to meet user needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, including 3+ years in management and operations leadership
• Master's degree preferred
• Deep knowledge of operations and infrastructure processes and toolsets
• Experience with ITIL methodologies and HealthCare operations
• Experience with Public Sector HealthCare programs
