Senior Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Operations to lead the delivery and support of its Integrated Technology Platform across national markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage Integration Managers and IT Support Analysts while developing operational strategies
• Lead participant onboarding and sustainment activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs
• Champion exceptional service delivery and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare technology or HIE operations
• Proven leadership in managing implementation and technical support teams
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
• Preferred ITIL or relevant service management certifications
