Service Pipeline Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Pipeline Specialist responsible for coordinating field service work through branch and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service partners or branches
• Lead program-based projects and initiatives to increase revenue or decrease operational costs
• Resolve field service escalations and manage partner onboarding and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical area or significant related experience
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in partner or project management
• Residential solar experience preferred
• Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Proactive self-starter with strong relationship management skills
