Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Assistant to provide high-level support to the VP and AVP in managing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the VP's and AVP's calendar, appointments, events, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take minutes while ensuring effective communication
- Act as a liaison between the VP/AVP and stakeholders, tracking key initiatives and performing general administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with the debt collection industry and relevant regulations is highly desirable
