Senior Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Fulfillment to oversee order fulfillment operations across third-party logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication and partnerships with 3PL providers to meet service level agreements and cost targets
• Monitor and optimize order processing and inventory availability across warehouse locations
• Track and report on key performance indicators for fulfillment and lead cost reduction initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8 years or more in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related roles focused on fulfillment and vendor management
• Experience managing 3PL relationships
• Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, multi-node distribution networks, and logistics KPIs
• Proficient in using G-suite/Excel for operational data analysis
• Degree in Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus
