Job Summary
A company is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator I to manage procurement and subcontract support for international development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and administration of subcontracts and task orders in accordance with client requirements and regulations
- Review client solicitations and prepare for negotiations on terms, conditions, and pricing
- Maintain communication with staff regarding subcontract performance and ensure management is informed about deliverables and invoices
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or related field or equivalent experience (0-5 years)
- Some knowledge of procurement, business and contracts law, and accounting principles
- Ability to work on assignments of low to moderate complexity with minimal instruction
- Experience in analyzing data and situations to derive solutions
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to read and develop subcontract documents accurately
