Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst - Strategic Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track KPIs to measure company health and ensure strategic initiatives are on track
• Support integration projects and coordinate major initiatives from the strategic plan
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide business insights and support leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, finance, or program management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect KPIs to business outcomes
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree required
