California Licensed Small Commercial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Commercial Lines Manager to oversee operations and support the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PTO requests and ensure service continuity during staff absences
• Monitor workflows, escalate issues, and provide guidance on AMS360 usage
• Implement operational initiatives and track task completion

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance operations or team coordination in small commercial lines
• Active California P&C License
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lines and 2+ years in a managerial role
• Familiarity with AMS360 or a comparable agency management system preferred
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours
