A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Service Governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs) and fee schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Design and manage templates for GBS, ensuring they are standardized and user-friendly
- Establish governance processes for SOWs and fee structures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or a related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in service governance, contract management, or business operations
- Proven ability to manage complex documentation processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions
- Experience in process improvement, standardization, and automation
