Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Renewables Control Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term staffing, technology, and training plans for the Control Center
• Oversee the Control Center Training Program and Operations Specialist progression plan
• Ensure compliance with environmental, operational, and cyber requirements while managing team performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, or relevant experience in electrical & power generation
• 8+ years of experience in Control Center Operations
• Previous Control Center/Dispatch experience preferred
• NERC Certification preferred, required within 12 months of hire if not obtained
• Proficiency in plant and electrical system designs and relevant software systems
