Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee logistics supporting healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own procurement of supplies, including vendor sourcing and contract negotiation
• Manage fulfillment performance across pharmacy and 3PL partners, ensuring SLA adherence
• Analyze large datasets to improve inventory strategy using SQL, Python, and Excel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or fulfillment, preferably in CPG or DTC health
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
• Strong experience managing vendors and driving cost efficiency
• Bonus: Experience with regulated products such as supplements or pharmaceuticals
