Estimator Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Estimator Supervisor to oversee a team of mobile Estimators and ensure accurate estimations while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the estimation operations team to ensure timely and accurate estimates
• Monitor team performance, allocate assignments, and address training needs
• Lead training initiatives and mentor team members on best practices and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of higher education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in service advisement or maintenance coordination
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Knowledge of the trucking industry or fleet maintenance is preferred
