Credentialing Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Operations Team Lead / Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NCQA accreditation standards in credentialing processes
• Manage operational processes and staff training related to credentialing and recredentialing
• Oversee reporting and data integrity while collaborating on departmental projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related operations and/or credentialing experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a managed healthcare environment, including supervisory experience
• Active or pursuing Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification
• Knowledge of NCQA accreditation standards and related regulatory agencies
• Experience with Microsoft Office products for data management and analysis
