Asset Support Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Support Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize skip tracing techniques and GPS asset tracking to locate and repossess vehicles
• Collaborate with agents during the repossession process and maintain detailed repossession notes
• Analyze loan information and work with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful asset recovery

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in a repossession-focused role
• Familiarity with late-stage collections, post-charge off, or recovery experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and skip tracing platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
