Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize work orders, providing remote troubleshooting support to on-site staff
  • Source, vet, and onboard vendors while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Oversee execution of capital projects, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in multi-site facilities management, preferably in veterinary, hospitality, retail, or pet care sectors
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and construction trades
  • Experience managing vendor networks and project bids
  • Proficient with work order platforms and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfortable with light travel (10-20%) and supporting teams remotely
