Lead Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist who will oversee RCM teams and handle escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and oversight to the RCM team, ensuring adherence to department protocols
• Handle escalated calls and resolve complex issues related to insurance billing and payer disputes
• Identify trends in billing inaccuracies and develop process improvements for RCM operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or billing
• Two (2) years of experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies preferred
• Experience in a Medicare-certified environment is advantageous
• Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
