Risk Adjustment Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Risk Adjustment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team performance and conduct performance assessments
• Review and approve time sheets and time off requests while tracking quality and productivity
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to meet production and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC certified credentials (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years coding experience
• Experience managing a team of employees
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-9/10 and familiarity with HCC coding
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes
