A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Review operational and customer satisfaction metrics to identify performance trends
- Utilize tools to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and develop meaningful insights
- Coordinate data collection and integration from multiple sources and facilitate root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business operations
- Experience in contact center environments or with customer satisfaction metrics (preferred)
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and predictive modeling (preferred)
- Experience with tools such as Python and Power BI (a plus)
- Six Sigma training or Green Belt certification (a plus)
