A company is looking for a Document Operations Plan Specialist to prepare retirement plan documents and consult with clients on plan design changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare plan documents, amendments, and funding documents for various retirement plans
- Consult with clients and internal teams regarding plan design changes and compliance issues
- Research client plan design situations and assist with plan terminations as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education/experience
- Two years of pension/retirement plan experience or relevant financial services experience
- Knowledge of plan regulations and plan documents
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
