Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Operations Plan Specialist to prepare retirement plan documents and consult with clients on plan design changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare plan documents, amendments, and funding documents for various retirement plans
  • Consult with clients and internal teams regarding plan design changes and compliance issues
  • Research client plan design situations and assist with plan terminations as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Two years of pension/retirement plan experience or relevant financial services experience
  • Knowledge of plan regulations and plan documents
  • Proficiency using MS Office tools
