A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-impact initiatives including process implementations and tool migrations
- Assist in managing operational aspects of variable compensation and liaise with Finance for accurate payouts
- Ensure data quality across GTM systems and analyze sales data to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM-focused role within SaaS or Healthcare tech
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience supporting compensation planning and sales performance analysis
- Strong analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
