Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred
• Deep understanding of USPS rules, mail classification, and postal optimization strategies
• Active involvement with industry associations and ability to influence postal policies is a plus
• Experience with postal software and logistics platforms
