Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives Lead (Office of the CEO).

Key Responsibilities

• Own company-wide strategic planning and execution processes, including goal-setting and reviews
• Lead high-impact projects, prioritizing and executing CEO-sponsored initiatives
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues, implementing processes for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations or program management in tech or healthtech
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives with measurable results
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare provider and payer dynamics
