Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Population Health Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the total cost of care and clinical quality for assigned clients/lines of business
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and manage regional payer/provider relationships
• Oversee performance of clinical quality outcomes and ensure adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in global health, public health, health management, business, or related field
• Seven (7)+ years of experience overseeing operations teams and managing financial performance
• Proven track record of delivering strong team performance and results
• Direct P&L ownership experience preferred, ideally with budgets of $10M or more
• Experience in value-based kidney care, population health, or related fields
