Job Summary
A company is looking for a CIR Operations & Provider Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to optimize the delivery and coordination of Critical Incident Response (CIR) services across multiple teams
- Monitor post-incident customer satisfaction and identify trends for service improvement
- Facilitate CIR provider case consultation forums and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service delivery workflows
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with an active clinical license required; CEAP certification preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in program operations or provider performance management, preferably in mental health or healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of Critical Incident Response protocols and experience managing provider networks
- Experience analyzing performance and quality metrics to drive decisions
- Experience in managing or supporting networks of 1099 providers is strongly preferred
