Inventory Control Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Lead to manage and optimize inventory operations across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory levels reported by 3PLs with those in ERP and internal systems
• Generate, analyze, and improve manual inventory reports until automation is implemented
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inventory data is reliable and actionable

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in inventory control within warehouses or 3PL environments
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, returns, cycle counting, etc.)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Tableau is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for automation and workflow optimization
