Key Responsibilities
- Triage and assess incoming maintenance issues for Single Family Rental assets
- Act as a liaison between residents, the Resident Services Team, and vendors
- Manage maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination
- Familiarity with pricing of maintenance-related products and services
- Understanding of maintenance operations within property management for Single Family Rentals
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree preferred
