Print Partner Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Print Partner Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of their nationwide printer network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure print partners meet SLAs for quality, speed, and fulfillment, while developing corrective actions for underperformance
• Monitor printer utilization and optimize configurations to improve throughput and responsiveness
• Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partner communications and manage escalations effectively

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or partner/vendor management
• 3-5 years managing third-party vendors or fulfillment networks, focusing on SLAs and quality oversight
• 2-3 years of direct people management experience, ideally in operations or partner success roles
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
