Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will oversee operational aspects and collaborate with the CEO to drive organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans and organizational goals
- Oversee daily operations across all departments and programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manage vendor relationships, strategic partnerships, and the organization's marketing and communications strategies
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Minimum 15 years of management experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, strategic planning, and organizational development
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
