Key Responsibilities
- Drive transaction quality and continuous improvement teams to achieve business objectives
- Plan project roadmaps considering inputs from cross-functional teams and facilitate change management
- Conduct workshops for leadership to identify innovation opportunities and high-impact projects
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in contact center, preferably in healthcare and/or insurance domains
- 6-7 years of experience managing quality and continuous improvement functions in a team management role
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained or certified
- Experience in managing large projects that cut across geographies
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams on transformation initiatives
