Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst/Regional Recall Coordinator for a remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding recalls and coordinate remediation plans for affected medical devices
• Manage project logistics and communications between multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation and resource requirements are met for the recall process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Understanding of the clinical environment and technical staff in hospital and clinic settings preferred
• Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
