Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Processor to facilitate the loan manufacturing process and ensure quality service for mortgage borrowers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication with borrowers and third parties involved in the loan process
• Process loans according to established service level agreements and maintain quality scores
• Assist junior processors in resolving non-routine issues and ensure compliance throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• Four (4) year college degree
• 5+ years of processing experience
• Ability to manage complex processing requests and activities
• Experience in auditing files for compliance with relevant regulations
• Proficient in coordinating closing requests and maintaining workflow prioritization
