Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans and business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems, processes, and operational initiatives
- Monitor business performance metrics and conduct analyses to provide insights into sales trends and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of internship or entry-level experience in business operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience supporting sales teams or GTM organizations is preferred
- Exposure to incentive programs, capacity modeling, or CRM systems is a plus
