Key Responsibilities

• Acts as the subject matter expert on regulatory products and processes, maintaining operational compliance
• Coaches and mentors staff while identifying opportunities for cross-training within the team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum two years' experience in operational process improvement or healthcare management required
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
