Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Medical and Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders
• Develop procedures to enhance departmental accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor quality and implement improvements based on performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in an Operations/Production environment or as a team lead/supervisor
• Experience in coaching or training employees
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
