Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and delivery of Design Studio Art Department projects
• Oversee participant recruiting logistics and manage tooling and vendor relationships
• Lead the implementation of design testing processes and maintain documentation and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design operations, project management, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient with project management tools such as Jira and Asana
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity for others
• Proactive, systems-oriented mindset focused on improving workflows
