A company is looking for an Appraisal Desk Coordinator for the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage record keeping activities related to completed appraisals and reviews
- Contact customers for time-sensitive approvals and upload appraisal information to files
- Manage documentation and distribute appraisals to consumers while maintaining relationships with approved AMCs
Required Qualifications
- Entry level knowledge of the mortgage industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required
