Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Group leaders within the Advisor Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including email and calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report submissions
- Collaborate with others in the Advisor Group to manage calendars and other requests, while maintaining efficient office management processes
- Prepare meeting agendas, maintain meeting notes, and manage logistics for local meetings
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience preferred
- College or two-year degree from business or vocational school preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to maintain high ethical and professional standards while handling confidential information
