Business Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance Manager, Precision Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PMed Strategy and Operations team in strategy development and execution of organizational plans
• Provide Project Management support for key PMed initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations on business performance and oversee meeting operations

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or a Master's degree with 2 years of business performance experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience
• Experience in lab sciences and the biopharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of clinical development or biomarker assay development
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
• Strong organizational skills and high level of digital literacy with various tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
