Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator IV - Limited Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist citizens and municipal officials with inquiries related to open meetings, public records, and municipal issues
- Support office communications and outreach to customers and constituencies
- Coordinate, track, and respond to public records requests for the office
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or public administration, office administration, or a related field
- One year of experience in professional administrative-level services with an accounting or budgeting function
- Experience supervising clerical or administrative staff
- Alternative qualifications include extensive experience or relevant educational background combined with administrative experience
- Experience with the VISION system may be required for some positions
