Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in benefits administration with brokers, carriers, or clients
- 2+ years of experience in people leadership
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in resource and capacity planning preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
