Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in benefits administration with brokers, carriers, or clients
  • 2+ years of experience in people leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in resource and capacity planning preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
