A company is looking for a Manager, HCS Operations Support with call center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational teams supporting care review, case management, and health management activities
- Manage team performance, providing coaching, training, and mentoring to staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain customer satisfaction through effective staffing and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or health plan
- Preferred: Experience in managed care operations and as a Medical Assistant
